I started my sessions with the goal of reducing knee pain in preparation for a trek. Ethan carefully evaluated my knee condition and designed a set of exercises that suited both my short timeline and what I could comfortably do at home. He was excellent at making me feel comfortable throughout the process and consistently customized the exercises based on my progress. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend him for physical therapy sessions!
For the past few months, I’ve been working with Dr. Dan Benson as I recover from shoulder surgery. I have worked with Dan Benson for almost 10 years, at different times for different ailments. I try to be as vigorously active as possible, which is increasingly challenging at 71 years of age. Dan is SO knowledgeable and SO empathetic and SO intellectually curious; he has been incredibly effective in diagnosing different issues and in identifying appropriate remediation techniques. And Dan is really effective in communicating his suggestions so that there is no question about the path to follow. I could not recommend a physical therapy / wellness advisor more strongly than I endorse Dan Benson.
Ethan is an amazing personal trainer. His smile is truly contagious and always puts me in a great mood during workouts. The training plans he designs are very well structured and effective, and I can genuinely feel the results after each session. He is also incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive, which makes training with him both comfortable and motivating. I really enjoy working with Ethan and highly recommend him.
Can’t express my gratitude enough to Dr. Jacob and recommend to anyone looking for PT. I’ve been in and out of PT for a 15 years with scoliosis and feel a renewed sense of agency in my ability to maintain progress and build functional strength. Dr. Jacob created a program thats helped me enjoy strength training again and adapted exercises to what works for my body, helps me create consistency and continue to see progress. Plus I enjoy the clinic being inside a gym to be able to use/learn on equipment I replicate in my own gym outside of appointments.
