I was having issues with my center Diamond popping out of my engagement ring and after three times if it happening every couple years, I decided to try a different jeweler and was told about forever diamonds by family and friends. The experience from beginning to end was perfect, Jonathan was very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cared about what I was trying to get accomplished. He also helped me come up with a solution for the original head of my ring that resulted in an heirloom that I will now have for my daughter. Megan made sure that I always was up-to-date on what was going on with the work on my ring and they were gracious enough to get it ready before I headed back out of town. The workmanship looks to be incredible and I am very excited to enjoy my ring for many more years to come. I highly recommend Forever Diamonds, thank you Jonathan and Megan!
I decided to customize a ring for my 30th birthday and shopped around a bit before finding Forever Diamonds—and I’m so glad I did! The moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. I committed to working with them on the spot. Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He really took the time to educate me and helped me understand the dos and don’ts when it came to designing my ring. Megan brought the vision to life beautifully. They were both so reassuring throughout the entire process—always open to changes or new ideas if I wasn’t 100% sure about a design element. One thing that really stood out was how they offered me multiple diamond and Emerald options to choose from, which no other jeweler had done. And when the color on one wasn’t quite right, they didn’t hesitate to bring in more for me to look at. That level of care meant everything. I honestly can’t thank or recommend them enough—they made the entire experience seamless. I’ll absolutely be back for future pieces!
We will never go anywhere else, even when we live out of state!! Megan and JP never disappoint. We told them what we were looking for and a price point we felt comfortable with, and Megan worked with us back and forth with different options until we were absolutely satisfied. We got a pair of diamonds, a variety of studs, belly button rings, and had several pieces cleaned and repaired. All of the jewelry came in adorable little boxes, making each piece its own surprise to open and enjoy. She listened to what I wanted, asked questions that I would have not considered, and helped provide options that I narrowed down to my final choices. I can always trust Megan and JP to be transparent and help us make the right choices for us! Forever Diamonds is our forever jeweler!!
Johnathan and Meghan are both professionals and super friendly. They make my experiences they’re awesome. They have great insight on how to design rings and things. I had such a good experience here! Jonathan did an amazing job setting my new stone onto a basket that was a different shape and changing my prongs to fit the new stone. He really is good at gold smithing. He explained everything really well and was patient with our questions. Super good experience with my appraisal as well. Reasonable pricing as well! Their shop dog is so adorable. I’m so happy that I came here. His work is wonderful. Megan is super nice as well!
