Dr. Allison has exceptional knowledge & provides incredible care. I had been to a big box PT several years ago, but I never addressed some underlying issues. I’ve been dealing with a reoccurring low back injury from rowing and CrossFit for years. I’ve seen many PT’s, where I was one of many clients being seen at a time and felt like I was just given a handout on exercises and sent on my way. I appreciate Formation because it’s 1:1 care where my concerns were heard and a plan was tailored specifically to my needs. Since working with Doc Allison I’ve gotten treatment through dry needling, but most importantly I’ve learned the appropriate exercises to do daily so I can continue to work out and enjoy my day-to-day activities pain free.
