I have gone to FWD for over 16 year Laura Baker is the primary person I see and she treats me with much respect and caring. She is very professional and courteous. She gets to the point and 16 years of going to her she has been more then helpful in getting me back to perfect health I am 66 years old

SCHEDULING DISASTER! UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM. I got scheduled for 2/4/26 with scheduling, and got put on the cancellation list, but I asked despite my emergent situation. Got called on 1/29/26 AM by scheduling for a cancellation that opened on 1/30/26. I accepted the appointment and confirmed. Got called again 1/29/26 PM by a nurse and was told I couldn’t do the time they scheduled me anymore…… Nurse that called tried to get me in another time, 1/30/26, though I said I couldn’t. Nurse said I had no choice but to cancel my appointment that day if I couldn’t go to other time available. I called back and got scheduling. Scheduling said they had no clue about this arrangement and my original 1/30/26 appointment was on the books. I informed them of the situation, and the first scheduler, transferred me over when I wasn’t done asking schedule questions. I called scheduling again, and I asked when the next opening was and it wouldn’t be until days after my original appointment. I could barely hear the scheduler due to an unruly amount of background noise masking their voice. Neither scheduler even mentioned the earlier times the nurse brought up 1/30/26. Each person I talked to was abrupt and not on the same page. The last scheduler was patient, but swore. My final grace to give. After hearing the swear, and everything else mentioned above, I decided to schedule elsewhere due to the unprofessionalism of this office. The team here is rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Please think twice before booking with FW Dermatology Consultants. P.S. I’m thankful I didn’t bite my tongue and go in the office whenever they could fit me in because some of the other reviews are a true testimony to this practice. 👎💔
I can’t say enough about Kate! She always looks out for my skin! She knows her stuff and always gives me great advice without selling but just making recommendations! And Audrey is also fantastic! I’m sure the rest of the staff is top notch, just have not had the pleasure to meet them. I feel the practice only hires excellent people!
I have visited a couple times over the years, most recently for a large red dot that appeared on my forehead that seemingly didn't want to go away after a month. I called to schedule an appointment as it had been a while since my last visit and it went without a hitch. I was in and out issue free, and the doctor was so kind! She prescribed a creme for my issue which I picked up from the pharmacy of my choice. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
