Just recently signed up with Fort Worth Heat and Air to service our HVAC system. We were so pleased with their professionalism and knowledge about our system. After a frustrating experience with another company that tried to up-sell us on unnecessary repairs and outrageous prices, Fort Worth Heat and Air was a breath of fresh air! Shawn came out to look at our AC issue, and from the moment he arrived, we could tell we were in good hands. He was punctual, professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got everything fixed fast, without the pressure or gimmicks we experienced with other companies. What stood out even more was his integrity. When we asked if we could contact him directly in the future, he politely declined and said his company takes good care of him—and that if we ever had another issue, we could just call the main line and they'd make sure we were taken care of.
