Disappointed in my partials and the mistakes being made. I live 40 minutes away. Dr Spencer is extraordinary and the staff is kind however the issues in getting my partials correct has been a bit a challenge I am however confident they will make it right.
I was very pleased with my experience at Fort Worth Smile Studio! I have always been nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone made me feel very comfortable and informed. SJ, Xandra and Dr. Spencer were all great. I look forward to having this be my regular dentist office for the future.
I will be changing dentists only because I've recently moved out of the Fort Worth area. For the last year and a half, I've been a patient at FW smile studio, and I can't say enough great things about Dr. Spencer and her team. Dr. Spencer runs an incredibly well organized office and clearly invests in training her staff. She has always treated me with kindness and patience, especially knowing I have a dental anxiety. She's a true problem solver who wants her patients to be happy with the results. She never pushes unnecessary treatments or upsells, something I really appreciate. And because my dental insurance isn't the best, they have always worked with me to help ease the financial burden. I highly recommend FW Smile Studio to anyone looking for a caring, ethical, and skilled dentist in Fort Worth.
As someone who has had AWFUL experiences at dentist, I can honestly say that I truly LOVE it here. From my first visit everyone is so friendly. Dr. Spencer is so comforting, kind, and takes the time to listen. This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had and I have no intentions of leaving!
My first appointment here went fine, albeit rather long and the X-ray techs were not gentle, but not a deal breaker. I arrived for a follow up appointment and was told if I don’t confirm my appointment in the future my appointment slot will be given away to another patient. I let them know I will rarely be able to answer or text during the day due to work, and that it often slips my mind after hours. I requested if they can send a reminder text after hours, and then I will be able to reply right away. The answer I got was tough luck, and there is no option for them to send an after hours text reminder. That might work for some, but not for those who are unavailable via phone during the day.
