We hired this amazing photo booth company for our wedding and it was a total hit! The booth itself was super stylish, with stunning floral backdrops and a fantastic selection of fun props that our guests couldn’t get enough of. The attendant was absolutely lovely—friendly, professional, and really well-presented, which fit perfectly with the vibe of our day. One of our favourite things was the guestbook. Each photo had a second copy stuck in alongside a little message from our guests—it’s such a special keepsake and we’ve loved looking through it and reliving the fun. Highly recommend for any event! 💐📸

We hired a photobooth from Fotoauto for our wedding reception. Guests enjoyed using the props and taking photos, but the overall experience was unpleasant for a few reasons: 1. The printed text got the groom’s name completely wrong (and actually turned it into a woman’s name). 2. Multiple guests pointed out the error to the attendant, and he did not intervene and said he couldn’t do anything. 3. When I (the bride) pointed out the error, he said he couldn’t fix it. I said it wasn’t okay that the name was wrong and asked him to remove the text altogether, which he did reluctantly. 4. The photos did not print well; people were cut out of group shots, which frustrated many guests. 5. After the wedding, it took multiple chases by phone, email, and text to get any update on the digital photo gallery. After 2 weeks of not receiving the WeTransfer, I suggested we try a different file share platform instead but didn’t hear back. 6. We finally received the digital gallery 6 weeks after the wedding after weeks of chasing multiple times per week. 7. When I spoke with him for the first time after the wedding, Drew apologised for the error in the printed text and offered to send stickers with the correct names so we could put those over the photos in the album. He said he would do this the next day. 8. We haven’t heard any update on the stickers or received them (3 months after the wedding). Fotoauto's pricing is competitive, and they were willing to book us at very short notice, which was great. That said, the frustrations, especially around communication and the number of times I had to chase to actually get the digital gallery we’d paid for, have tainted the experience for us and made it a regret.

Last Friday I attended a wedding at which Drew had been commissioned to bring along the photo booth. I had never experienced anything like this before. What a lovely fun way to record the people at your wedding and their best wishes for your future together. Fabulous thank you!

Drew set up the photo booth with the igloo at our wedding and it was amazing. Easy to contact before the wedding and very flexible with timings. Set up without any trouble and had great props for photos. Photos came out really well! couldn't be happier about it. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!
