I received a black sub with date after I was graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Finally, after 14 years the watch started keeping bad time, the bezel was loose, and if I moved my wrist/arm quickly I could hear what appeared to be grinding. (It also wouldn’t work unless I constantly wore it, so I could never take it off at night either). So after doing much research on which authentic parts and most equally as important to me, I decided to go with 4 crowns because of the owners extensive knowledge and by him being trained on three continents and learning how to repair watches in Switzerland, I knew he and Four Crowns were the shop for me. The turn around time wasn’t that bad at all (when I lived in Switzerland it was 6 months!) and the pricing was phenomenal! I received my watch and it has been spot on for months (I just don’t write reviews for anyone, and especially after receiving a watch back, I need to know it’s going to hold up), that reminds me another thing I love about Four Crowns, they match Rolexes original warranty of a year for their authentic parts and labor! So it wasn’t even a question for me, bedsides waiting barely a week and a half for it to come back, and of course being nervous because I want this watch to be an heirloom for my future children, it came back literally looking brand new. Everything I mentioned in the paper I included in the package, Four Crowns addressed and fixed. There will never be another company I will go with, ever. In my opinion they deserve a grade beyond 5 stars, the watch came back stunning, the communication was phenomenal, and even the owner called me 2 weeks later to make sure I was still happy, if that isn’t professionalism, I don’t know what is. Four Crowns = Best of the Best!!!

I'm very impressed with Shant at Four Crowns. I had my limited addition Bell and Ross BR03 Aviator watch serviced for a new battery with Williams and Sons and they managed to install the crown incorrectly when replacing the battery. Shant quickly resolved the issue and saved me a lot of consternation and money. In this case, he did not charge me for this simple fix which to me is extremely gracious. I will work with him in the future for any other issues with ALL of my watches. I also appreciated the careful precautions he took to ensure that my watch was looked after and sent back to my home securely. Of course he also was prompt with all communications. Fui a cambiar baterías y a diagnosticar mi reloj. Pudieron hacer todo el trabajo en menos de 2 días. Pero cuando pasé a recogerlo, noté un chip en el cristal. Me enfadé mucho y empecé una disputa (mi culpa). El personal fue profesional y cortés, me propusieron un reembolso completo (porque no había evidencia de que el chip no estuviera ahí antes) y una reparación del cristal roto si lo deseo (el mismo costo que cambiar todas las baterías). Me marché confundido, pero me di cuenta de que tengo una foto de mi reloj antes del servicio. Resultó ser toda mi culpa, porque el chip ya estaba ahí. Volví para pagar por todo el excelente trabajo y pedir disculpas. Buena lección para mí de ser menos emocional y para que el personal tome nota del estado del reloj. Recomiendo este negocio.

My titanium quartz Revue Thommen Airspeed Chronograph is over 15 years old, but it looks and runs like new after being serviced by Shant and Four Crowns. The watch had stopped and I took it to a local shop for a battery replacement. They said it needed service. When they were finished, it really needed service. The hands were chipped, there was a blemish on the face and it would not run! All I knew about Four Crowns was based on the internet reviews I had read, but I was fearful of trying to find reliable service locally for a fine Swiss watch. Enter Four Crowns: authorized factory service for Revue Thommen and other premium Swiss watch brands. Shant, the owner of Four Crowns is a pleasure to deal with. In the approximately 2 weeks from the time I shipped the watch from New York to him and I received it back, Four Crowns had done a fantastic job of restoring my watch. My wife could not believe that the band was restored and not replaced! Thank you Shant!!
