Bridget was absolutely amazing!! She completely transformed my hair and really took her time making sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. I highly recommend and will be back! I love my hair and am so happy with it. Here are the before and after photos;
I have been getting my hair cut at Fox and Jane by Mercedes for about 2 years now after being very dissatisfiedwith my previous salon. This salon is beautiful and always extremely clean. Everyone i have ever spoken to there is so kind. Mercedes has always done an amazing job on my haircuts and color, she very much understands thick hair and always seems to know exactly what I want!
Miriah is such a wonderful hair artist. She took my fine curly dark blonde hair to platinum with very minimal damage. We're now transitioning back to my more natural color and she's killing it! She always takes her time to make sure we're on the same page and when I have a million questions she's willing to walk me through everything. Sometimes I leave the salon and after my first wash I'll literally be panicking about one curl, and she'll get me back in her chair asap to make sure I'm completely happy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the Springs, she is so great to work with!
I have debated for a few weeks if I should review or not. I have been dying my hair blonde for a very long time and decided I wanted to transition over into highlights. So I did show up to the salon with a good amount of grow out. I unfortunately spent $350 dollars on a new client highlight and left extremely disappointed. The highlight was not at all blended and you couldn’t tell any work had been done at all. So when I called again and showed photos, I was able to get a “correction” free of charge. This part I truly do appreciate! However this is the correction in question. I am a blonde who had very grown out roots, and was VERY clear that I wanted to start to transition into highlights but wanted my roots and my blonde to look BLENDED. After explaining this to my stylist over and over again, letting her know I was concerned over and over again, I was just told “you have to remember what we started with.” I’m just sad that now going into the holiday season, I am embarrassed at how my hair looks, but don’t have room for another $350 session… I’m hoping the folks here at Fox and Jane can help me make it right!
Bridget at Fox & Jane is a total gem! She’s been cutting hair for me, my husband, and our 4-year-old, and somehow nails it for all of us every time. She’s not only incredibly skilled and professional but also super warm and down-to-earth, which makes every appointment feel like catching up with an old friend. She’s amazing with adults and kids! So patient, attentive, and truly listens to what we’re going for. I always leave loving my cut, and my husband (who’s picky!) totally trusts her with his hair now. Even our little one looks forward to haircuts with Bridget, which says a lot. The salon itself has great vibes. It’s clean, stylish, and never feels overwhelming. Plus, scheduling is a breeze, which is a lifesaver for a busy family. If you’re looking for someone who is not only incredibly talented but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to, Bridget is the one. We’re so lucky to have found her!
