Mick Flynn and his team at Foxs Real Estate did a magnificent job selling our unit. They were thorough and professional finding a buyer within a week of commencement of advertising. The buyer wanted to move in asap so there was a lot of pressure to complete relevant forms and arrange removalists at short notice. Mick provided a lot of help during the sales process. He is a guy you can trust and who crosses the t's and dots the i's. We thoroughly recommend Foxs.
As a result of bereavement, we recently had to sell mum’s house. Mum had always had a very positive opinion of Foxes so we contacted them. Mick and Sue were so supportive and experienced which was so helpful and took so much stress out of the processto the point of recommending a solicitor, organising advertising and arranging excellent photos. When the house went on the market, it was sold with days at a price much higher than we anticipated.
