Zachary was polite and friendly. Addressed all my concerns and answered my questions. Very knowledgeable. He cleared the snow around and refilled the bait stations. Also added a couple more bait stations by some new high traffic areas. Very happy with today’s service.
Frame’s Pest Control has serviced our properties for many years. They are professional and stand behind their service. Our technician today, Marvin has been to our home several times, and is always very thorough. We would highly recommend Frame’s Pest Control.
We have used Frames for the last few years to keep up with stinging insects and have been happy with their service but what prompted me to write the review is recently we've heard some scratching in the attic. Called Frames and they quickly came out and did an inspection to identify bats, Mike then explained the situation and offered reassurance that this problem could be dealt with. We were then scheduled for a different crew to do a through inspection. Ian was so through I feel confident in the plan going forward. Roger also reached out to make sure we understood the plan and next steps. I would highly recommend them and feel as though they take care of everyone but ESPECIALLY their repeat customers. The guardian package was and is worth every penny.
Fantastic service! We're returning customers, after stopping regular service for about two years. The technician was very personable and informative. He went above and beyond and didn't cut any corners. I can say from previous experience with Frames that they are best in class. With regular service, we rarely see spiders, ants, and other regular household pests. If we do any, we can call and get as many additional treatments as we'd like at no cost. Don't waste your money; go with Frames.
The jury is out regarding if my mouse issue is under control, but Marvin did a great job at strategically placing traps for the little invaders. I would definitely recommend Marvin as a tech, but I am rethinking the ornaments on my Christmas tree after the little suckers got into my favorite Canadian fish fry mix!
