It is no surprise how Francesca's has been open for so long. Adilene, the store manager, has been energetic the entire time. Very attentive staff, full of energy, and always helpful. There hasn't been a single day when visiting that we aren't greeted with a smile and a rundown of all the deals. Will be here again! Amazing energy, diverse selection, and the positive attitude go amazingly with this store.
I’ve been a customer for years and have always had a great experience! Today’s team at Francesca’s FIREWHEEL was extra sweet and helpful. Adeline and Kaitlyn made our shopping experience so enjoyable by just being there to assist in anything we were looking for. I can’t wait to continue going back. 🤍
I’ve shopped at other Francesca’s particularly the Plano/Frisco area and this store had meager pickings with some of the weirdest employees I’ve encountered. As soon as I entered I was stared out throughout my entire shopping experience by the blonde chick with short hair. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable as this girl made me feel. Unfortunately I was with my mom and grandma, but I most definitely would have gone off had that not been the case because it was that constant of staring. I’ve never had this experience with other stores or other companies, so not sure if she thought I was going to steal or what, but seriously the fact that even after I looked up at her and she stared was so weird. If your a minority, definitely skip this store, not sure what that girls problem was, nor did I care for the fake attempt at being nice at the register. The other girl working at the time was fine and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all, she just did her job. So again, not sure what this blonde chicks problem was but clearly she doesn’t have any social awareness on staring for long periods of time.
La tienda es un poco difícil de encontrar, pero vale la pena la visita. La tienda es más pequeña que algunas otras ubicaciones de francesca's y la selección es limitada, pero tienen artículos realmente únicos y los precios son muy buenos. Los empleados eran amables y serviciales, pero no hasta que hablé primero. Eso es un poco desalentador después de caminar por una tienda pequeña y poco concurrida durante más de cinco minutos justo frente a ellos y no ser saludado. Consejo para los trabajadores: saluden a los clientes cuando entren y reconozcan su presencia. Simplemente es una cuestión de buena educación. Pero me gusta la tienda y volveré.
