I’ve been trying to have a gas leak fixed since November and working with this company has been a nightmare. They’ve come three different times now and still haven’t resolved the issue. My place is usually left a total mess from the visit, and tonight the technician and his manager on the phone felt that leaving a $30 mini heater was an appropriate solution for the weekend. It’s the middle of winter and I have 1,100 ft2 to heat. I’m beyond disappointed but also just really confused that two people hashed it out and were like, “for sure just give him that space heater and we’re good, bud.” Incredibly negligent work and just tone deaf.

We were extremely worried, couldn’t sleep, and were told we needed an urgent furnace replacement — something we weren’t financially prepared for on such short notice.
