Cheryl was the best dance instructor we could have asked for! She created our first dance for our wedding and put so much effort into the choreography and into helping us learn the steps. We had no dance experience and she still made the process fun for us. We also had a great time getting to know her – she is a lovely person to spend time with. Thank you Cheryl!

Her gentle and supportive teaching was just what we needed to feel confident in front of all our friends and family on the big day! Cheryl is absolutely wonderful. She worked with us to create a first dance that fit our song and us. She believed in us and gave us the confidence we didn't knew we had to pull off the dance. She worked with our busy schedules and created a space for us to feel comfortable to work together as well as fun moments for us to connect during the hectic months of wedding planning. Because of her we were able to provide a special surprise to our family and guests who didn't know we could dance. It was one of the best moments of our reception and we owe it all to Cheryl's hard work. If you're thinking about going to the studio for a first dance, or just to learn to dance for fun, we couldn't recommend it more.

This is a long overdue review, but I had such a great experience at Fred Astaire. Cheryl was my instructor there before I moved out of state and she was fantastic. I had no dance experience at all and was interested to get started for the purpose of learning a new skill and having more fun out with friends. She was kind, fun and offered a well-rounded experience. She explained the mechanics behind the most common/popular dances and was just a joy to work with her. I would highly recommend Cheryl at Fred Astaire Studio for anyone looking to get into dancing even at the beginner level! You'll learn a new skill, meet new people, and even get some exercise while you're at it.
