Went here for the soft play last weekend, never will go again, rubbish toddler area and main area was small! It’s just a play structure inside a trampoline park and whilst the trampolines and climbing walls looked good, the soft play was rubbish. The parking is horrible too make sure you arrive like 20 minutes before your session because of parking. Last but not least, food options were very poor just toasties and pizzas and some cakes/snacks. Drinks were standard slushies, hot drinks and some fruit juices.
Some of the facilties are really good like the trampolines and the soft play is not too bad. I find the atmosphere in there quite off everytime I go. I always brace myself for cold indifferent staff which was the vibe both times especially in the cafe. It just feels like you're bothering them like they'd rather be talking amongst themselves. The cafe staff in particular had both times just a bad attitude, cold. I even ended up getting stuck in the foam pit and was struggling to get out, no staff around to help me thankfully a kind friendly dad helped me out. I just find ultimately the super industrial building with no natural light, very cold temperatures, cold staff, aggressive traffic outside everything plays into a cold slightly unpleasant atmosphere. I'd hesitate to return .
Had several of the kid's parties here now. They absolutely love it and every time it's been faultless. Love being able to go in/on as an adult too! The cafe is nice for those that dont use the activities. Staff have only ever been helpful and welcoming!
SOFT PLAY REVIEW The soft play is really great, it was very clean and my toddler loved it. The staff are super friendly and the cafe was really cosy with a great selection of food and drink. Soft play-wise I was really impressed with what they have done with such a small space but I was really shocked that there is no stair gate at the top of the metal stairs next to the entrance to the soft play. This is essential for safety and wouldn't cost much to install. I'm not sure I would feel comfortable returning on my own until one is installed. It's a tough and awkward layout they have got there with the cafe seating and observation deck thing but ideally in the future there needs to be more seating around the soft play so that you can easily supervise your kids. I found it hard to find a location where I could sit and feed my baby and supervise my toddler at the same time. Overall though I was really impressed. The cafe is great and the staff are superb.
I took 3 kids aged 7, 9 and 10 here today and they loved it for trampolining. It's smaller than some we've been too but still a great size and for half term it wasn't overfilled or chaotic. The Trampolines are good and the foam pit is great with the foam covered in covers, so the horrible bits don't stick to clothing. The ninja course is good but the rules are you're meant to stay in the same lane but the abilities are so varied on each section its impossible for kids to do this as some bits were just too high/big for the smaller ones.
