We have been taking our golden Maui to freeDOGm for daycare and boarding for three years now. It only occurred to me now to finally write a review because of how blown away I continue to be by how amazing they are at taking care of him while we are out of town. Anytime we bring Maui, he RUNS in and gets so excited and when he comes home he's exhausted from a long day of playing. You can tell that the team not only loves dogs but are highly experienced with dog behavior and great at monitoring the playtime. They're also incredibly thoughtful by sending us daily videos that let us see him having the best time while we're missing him, while also going above and beyond with communication and holiday pictures when we're missing him on holidays. It's the biggest blessing that we found a place that we trust wholeheartedly with our baby and that he loves to spend time at. There aren't enough good things to say about this facility. Thanks for loving our boy!

My husky is about to be 10 years old and has been to different doggie daycares out-of-state as well as in Miami over the years before finding this one. FreeDOGm is one of the best, if not the best, daycare facilities I’ve ever brought my furbaby to. My pup gets so excited to go to daycare everyday. The staff are very loving and caring about her and notify me when she has any issues (e.g., upset stomach) without me asking them to. The facility is large and always clean. There have never been any problems whatsoever with the other dogs there. The price is comparable to other doggie daycares in and around the area as well. Plus, the staff sends video/picture updates showing all the pups playing and swimming on a daily basis. I highly recommend this doggie daycare!

This is the Ritz for dogs. The staff here is passionate and caring. Our dog always leaves here tired and happy. I feel safe leaving my dog here for Daycare and for Boarding. The staff and owner are great communicators and even send a fun daycare video out daily showing the dogs playing and enjoying their facility.

I can’t believe I haven’t spoken about FreeDOGm!!! My girls have been going to their daycare for about a year now. They have separate play grounds for big dogs and little dogs. They have an amazing staff that are attentive and loving. They have an amazing boarding area as well. Both my girls have stayed with them over night when I have left on trips. All in all I know when I leave them there they are safe and loved! Did I mention they have a pool?! They also send you daily videos and updates about my babies! 🥰

I’ve been taking my whippet to freeDOGm in Miami once a week since he was ~7 months old. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and facilities. My dog really, really, really LOVES this place. Yesterday was his first birthday. When I dropped him off for daycare, the staff knew it was his birthday without me mentioning it and were genuinely excited about having a pool party to celebrate his special day. They always send a super cute video of your dog having a great time running free having fun with the other dogs in daycare that day. Reasonably priced. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond my expectations for service.
