Pools Etc is professional, and tech Allen, did a great job installing new VFD pump. Quote was explained well up front to understand what was included in their work scope, and there were no change orders or cost adders.

Best pool service I’ve had after two previous companies. Freedom Pools/ Pools Ect. merged about a year or so ago and it continues to provide outstanding service. Lately I consistently have had the same pool technician ( Francisco) every week to handle the chemicals ( I do my own pool sweeping and debris cleaning) and he’s very knowledgeable and approachable with questions and offers advice when asked. After the merger it took a few months to get the same technician consistently every week as they worked out their schedules. Hopefully the consistency continues. What I like about having Freedom Pools/ Pools Etc.other than the highly qualified employees is that any pool issues with equipment or whatever can be handled. With my previous pool services, they would recommend another company to fix problems they didn’t have the expertise in, which is how I eventually just hired Freedom Pools to be my main provider. In fact, I had Freedom Pools convert my pool to using salt to generate chlorine and removing unnecessary equipment that made cleaning my filter a real pain. In addition, each week the technician comes, he takes a before and after photo of my pool along with pool chemical readings that they take , and what chemicals were added using the more accurate methods I use to use when I did my own readings instead of just using the color coded paper pool & spa Test strips that my previous companies used, which were never very accurate. If you’re looking for a company that has expertise in all aspects related to pools at reasonable prices ( my previous companies kept upping their prices for everything) then give Freedom Pools/ Pools Etc. a call.

Great service from Freedom Pool staff. They notified you and showed the before/after photos. I can’t be happier after switching to Freedom after bearing with my previous service firm for a while.

I couldn’t get our pool pump to turn on. Alfredo came out and quickly noticed one switch was in the off position. (Dumb mistake on my part) While he was here he checked all the equipment and made recommendations and we quickly ordered some supplies on Amazon. Alfredo was friendly and knowledgeable. Because I’m taking over the pool maintenance that my husband used to do, Alfredo gave me a tutorial and also used a sharpie to identify what the switches controlled. Very helpful and much appreciated!
