it's really great, they know what we want! Starting from contact only via WhatsApp, we were immediately answered, we only gave information about what we wanted and Emanuel knew the best and immediately made a deal, even though I had looked for several other online tours and the response was less than satisfactory. On the day of tour,our tour guide Yuliana was on time and very excellent!! Thank you Freedom tours.

I made the last minute reservation for 10 people. Emanuel respond me super quick and send us Ricardo, the tour guide.. Ricardo was super nice guy. He has lot of knowledge about the LA and history. Makes us very comfortable. In addition, he was very patient and nice tour guide.

I booked a solo private tour through Emmanuel and he was very prompt in his replies and was very accommodating to my needs and flight changes. Yuliana was a pleasant person and made the layover tour enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the city and I enjoyed some wonderful sites such as Hollywood wood hills, sunset blvd and some celebrity homes. Next time I come to LA, I will tour with them again

We were a group of ten who needed to travel from LA to Yosemite and then onwards to SF. We contacted Freedom’s Emmanuel for arrangements and the whole process was seamless with prompt email comms. Emmanuel arrived on time and the Sprinter was spacious and immaculately clean with enough space for all of us and our luggage of 14 pieces! It was winter and the roads leading to and from Yosemite were understandably tricky, given the winter storm the day before our travels. Not only did Emmanuel drive with so much care, he also managed to throw in some sightseeing tips along the way. He was very professional, friendly and kind - brought us to good food options along the way as we travelled on both journeys. We really enjoyed the road transfers, and felt extremely comfortable and safe (very important, given there were 5 kids amongst us). We were sad to say goodbye to this lovely man who helped us complete our holiday :) I would not hesitate to recommend their services to any of my family and friends who are headed to the West Coast in future.
