Went to Freeman’s Car Studio to get a subwoofer for my son’s truck and was super impressed with the customer service we received from Robert. He showed us the options we had and allowed my son to make the decision on what he wanted…no pressure to purchase more than needed. We had an issue with the sub (son pushing the limits) and Robert took care of us quickly when we took it back. I will not go anywhere else but Freeman’s Car Stereo for any future purchases.
Freeman’s Car Stereo in Concord was fantastic! They communicated quickly and handled my car alarm issue efficiently. The team was friendly, explained the services clearly, and made the whole process easy. I’ll definitely return in the future if I ever need anything done to my car. Highly recommend!
This is the best stereo shop in the Carolina’s hands down. I got hertz Mille legend’s, Audison DSP amps and Mille legend subs and a tune. The tuner Chad is a legend. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Robert and Tanner are excellent and knowledgeable and won’t steer you wrong if your needing advise. Jason does excellent work and is lightning fast. This is the only Freemans location that I will go to because they have done that good of a job👍
Great to work with did an excellent job on install. Looks better now than when new in a 2002 corvette. Added car play and back up camera. Robert was great to work with.
Robert took great care of us. We bought a stereo elsewhere for Freeman's to install and they saw it was defective and contacted us immediately. They replaced our defective product with one they sell and it worked out beautifully. I really appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was quality equipment and didn't just throw on what we brought them. They took the time to explain how to work the equipment they installed. I would highly recommend Freeman's and will be using them again in the future. They installed a new screen and a backup camera and a front camera.
