Alberto says one thing but then doesn’t mean it. Said I didn’t have to make a payment today, said it would be billed (this is just to change my damn address because apparently you have to pay for that) but then just a couple of minutes later he said I had to pay $50 today. Try not promising your customers something that you can’t actually promise.
Allexa was the agent I spoke with she is so sweet and beautiful. She helped me find coverage for all my vehicles at a reasonable price. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely refer friends and family.

I reached out to these guys multiple times. They said they would help me with a quote and just ignored me for the rest of the week. Always have a hard time getting in touch with them and them being reliable. It's hit and miss with them either. I get a good rep and they're on it or they just leave you hanging. I've been with them for many years and still don't have a dedicated rep. Very frustrated with this office. I emailed Gabriel multiple times and he said he would help me put together a quote and then doesn't respond. Very frustrated. Going to call a different local office.
