The movers showed up on time and were very efficient. They placed all of the items exactly where I asked them. If something wasn’t marked, they made sure to ask where I wanted it placed. They displayed excellent teamwork, time management and professionalism, but also personable, friendly, and very polite. This company was recommended to me and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who requires a moving company. Thanks for a job well done gentlemen!
The process to contact them and set up an appointment was easy. At the time I was moving 5 very large items 12 miles from one house to a new home and they set up a weekend appointment for me and did not charge an overtime fee for a Saturday move! Three very friendly and professional able bodied gentleman took great care of my items from start to finish. Highly recommended them- they were awesome from start to finish! Arrived on time! They completed the job in the quoted time frame and I was not charged any extra fees- the quote they gave me was what I paid. Very professional and I will use them again in the future.
Mikey and his crew were top notch! We just used them for a move and we couldn't have been more impressed with the level of professionalism, ease of booking, and how they treated our items. They were on time and extremely efficient. They protected our items as well as the interior flooring and walls from dirt/damage. The price point was also fantastic. They were extremely communicative from the start and returned our call right away. We we able to book the for the next day! Would absolutely recommend for a residential or business move!
I have used Friendly Movers twice now. The first time I used them was for a local move in Pittsburgh and the second time was an intrastate move. Both times they handled my belongings with care. They are super punctual and efficient. Their estimated price is what I ended up paying, so there were no surprises. Overall, very happy with their services and I will recommend them to anyone in the Pittsburgh area for a move!
I was moving locally from a 2nd floor apartment to a ground level apartment that is a little smaller in size. I never hired a company before and was sure to do my research - both the companies and on their reviews. I received quotes from 7 different companies. With Friendly Movers it was a great experience! From the initial call of getting a quote I was pleased. Spoke with Debbie who was so helpful, friendly and transparent with me which I only found at one other company I called. They didn’t have the lowest hourly rate but they also didn’t have a bunch of additional fees that get tackled on to the quote- another transparency that is important when budgeting for a move. Like most moving companies I’ve found they had a 3hr min for 3 movers. Since I haven’t hired a company before I was concerned that the crew would milk the clock BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE- these 3 movers were hardworking non stop every minute with a smile on their faces- they were all super accommodating and friendly (guess it’s a prerequisite for working for Friendly Movers 😉) when I was provided the quote I was told I shouldn’t be more than 3-4 hours based off my inventory and they were absolutely correct! They were done within 10mins of going into a 4th hour which I was grateful for! I made sure to tip accordingly because I had such an amazing experience from start to finish! I hope I don’t have to do another move but if I do no question I will be hiring Friendly Movers immediately
