I had a great experience with Frondly Plants! I ordered a Satin Pothos, Snake Plant, and a mini Hoya Kerri Heart, and everything arrived in excellent condition. The plants were healthy, well-packaged, and clearly handled with care. Delivery was smooth and on time. I’m very happy with my order and would definitely recommend Frondly Plants to other plant lovers!
Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for plants, big or small! We purchased a fig tree from Frondly a year ago. Chad, the owner of the shop, was so helpful in selecting the tree and advising us on a pot, and where to place the tree in our house. We have since reached out to Chad for trouble shooting when our plant needed support, and he has been SO helpful! THANK YOU, CHAD!!! :)
I had an excellent online shopping experience with Frondly, from the website to purchase to delivery. Chad provided stellar customer service, and coordinated two separate orders into one. He also rearranged the delivery time for me. The kokedama that I bought are exactly as pictured, high-quality and beautiful. I highly recommend this business and with be back for sure.
I found this plant store online and recently visited in person looking for pots for replanting. I was impressed with their selection and quality yet, more so impressed with Chad's friendly and patient demeanor! After a few days, I phoned [old school] to place an order for delivery. Chad further extended his plant 'whisperer' knowledge and recommended the size, shape and soil based on my plant types. As a senior, the ease of doing business with him is remarkable. My purchase was delivered on time and I couldn't be happier with the order. Once you enter their spotless, organized store, you'll know immediately this is where you want to spend your money. I will not shop anywhere else for any of my plant requirements; you just gained a new customer!
Unmatched. There are three things that really set Frondly apart from anything else. 1.) Quality of plants - they are amazing! Come in perfect condition with wonderful soil, what more could you want. 2.) Top notch customer service - my order was not perfect with some stock issues and such, Chad the owner was responsive, communicative and honest. I was given options and choices on how I wanted to proceed and he made sure I was happy. I will be going through Frondly for ally future needs and sending anyone/everyone I know who wants plants to them! 3.) Selection! Everything under the sun is available! Always new stuff on the site (in the store) I dream of getting a giant cactus one day!
