I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Frost Solutions. Tyrone and his team were efficient, polite, and exceptionally knowledgeable about their products. They took great care to keep the space clean, using drop sheets throughout the house and vacuuming and mopping afterwards. I couldn't have asked for a better team to handle my installation. They arrived on time and completed the work by 2:30 PM, exactly as estimated for eight zones and 12 ducts and the AirTouch 5. I highly recommend their services!
Incredible service from start to finish! From Bryce in the office (patience of a saint!), the crew that came out to quote 15 months ago to Liam, Myles, Adam & Dan who did the install of our fully ducted system. We had some extenuating circumstances that caused a number of delays at our end, and a significantly sloping site, but the crew from Frost were super accommodating, kept in touch but we're never pushy to get "the sale". The boys left the house looking just as clean as they left it, great handover and system looks great, attention to detail for placement of sensors, panels, units etc was impressive. We would highly recommend Frost.
Frost Solutions installed ducted air conditioning in my home today and I couldn’t be happier. The team were professional, friendly, punctual, and down to earth. They communicated dates and timing really well, got the job done efficiently, and left the house spotless — you wouldn’t even know they’d been here except for the neat vents and touchscreen panel, which they explained clearly. The system is already working beautifully and will surely provide my family with complete comfort during summer. I also really appreciated the follow-up call from the office later in the day to check I was completely satisfied — a great personal touch. They’re a local business with local staff, and the value was extremely competitive for the quality of service and workmanship provided. I highly recommend Frost Solutions to anyone looking for ducted air conditioning — reliable, trustworthy, and excellent to deal with.
If I could give more stars I would!. Ducted system installed 15/9/25. From the first point of contact with Paul for the Quote to Bryce keeping us informed throughout this Company has been brilliant and also offered great pricing. Excellent customer service these days is rare and a wonderful surprise when it happens. The Install went like clockwork thanks to the "dream team" of Daniel, Dillon,Adam and Manu. Thanks guys For installing my Panasonic 18 kilowatt Ducted air conditioning today. The guys turned up on time and were very polite. They worked hard all day , did a great job and left the house neat and tidy. Also they were $2000 cheaper than the others. :)
