Always a wonderful experience going to this practice. I have learned SO much about tooth care coming here for 4 years than my whole life going to the dentist (I am 44!). They are so attentive and caring- taking time to explain exactly what’s going on and how to address issues. Beautiful office space, warm and friendly staff, and modern technology! I moved 30 minutes away and refuse to find a new dentist. Love them! Highly recommend.
I am wowed by the level of customer care I received from when I entered to when I left. I was met by Christina, the receptionist, with all smiles. My dental hygienist, Carla, took extra care of my teeth and my well being. I felt she truly cared about my oral health. Then the owner/ operator, Dr. Smith, was a breath of compassion and caring. I cannot wait to come back again. I never thought I would ever say that about a dental office.
I had a great visit today at Full Heart Dentistry located on Winton Road. I was given a tour of the office offered refreshments coffee tea or water. Every thing was explained step by step. The hygienist was kind and thoughtful. The Dentist Dr. Smith was great! She was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. The ambiance of the office made you forget you were in a Dentist office. I definitely will be returning.
The Team at Full Heart defies the common misconception of dental offices. The staff is the best. The office is very clean and organized. They make the patients’ needs a priority, provide great service and genuinely care about their profession. Even my child enjoys coming to the dentist, since day one! Dr. Smith and her whole team have created such a pleasant and enjoyable environment!
This was my first visit to Full Heart Dentistry. The office is very inviting, comfortable and clean. The staff is warm and welcoming. Carla, the dental hygienist, is very personable and immediately put me at ease. She is easy to converse with and she explained everything through out the exam while ensuring I was comfortable. Dr. Smith is also very personal and genuine, explaining what she would be doing during the exam. Both showed exemplary service. I am glad to have found Full Heart Dentistry for my new Dentist.
