The kids really enjoyed themselves and there was a range of age from 3 to 11. It is clean and staff is helpful and friendly. The older really loved the climbing and they enjoyed the trampoline and slides. Also got in a game of air hockey.

Great indoor playground and arcade to take the kids. We came during the day so it wasn't too busy. The price is fair and it's a clean place with a good atmosphere.

We have come here a few times now - here is my overall feeling as a parent and repeat customer. The good: The core activities are Great..it is a big place ,lots to do , my kids liked going in winter. Rock climbing wall is good. It still feels more tuned to younger kids and overall the age of the place is showing but still a good time for the kids when they go. In the depth of winter it's a nice change for kids to be able to run around for a few hours. The bad : Staff are kind and doing their best - but not super knowledgeable. Need better training to be honest. They also seemed unmotivated to help with complex questions. Some of the sanitizer bottles are broken and no effort to refill them. Some couches are ripped. Many people were taking off and throwing away the stickers they were given..or sticking them everywhere. This is makes the place look more run down than it is. The 'additonal adult' for 9.99 is a pure cash grab. This was the one thing that put me off alot from revisiting. There was also no mention of a discount club or any way to sell me additional discounted visits which I would have considered. Just a straight money grab. All the bright video games give it a cheap casino feel and most kids ignore the machines anyway. Get rid of them, increase seating or little loungers so people stay longer and have dinner. Improve the awful food, will pay more for healthier food. Actually a lot of recent changes seem to be geared to save money, and increase revenue with no additional customer benefit. The core offering is the same but seems like some private equity firm has taken over and trying to extract as much $$ as possible. I get life is more expensive now. But the approach here seems to be least effort for extracting more $ out of a established seasonality and recurring kids parties. Maybe a better customer loyalty approach and a deeper thought on the core product rethink is needed for the longer term.

First experience. Some kid threw up as we walked in, might had been from the spinning chairs or sick. Either way, none of the hand sanitizers worked. Place was a little worn and dated but had lots of fun on the trampolines. The blocked fire exit was an interesting additional to the climbing structure. Wouldn't be against coming back, but wouldn't be first to suggest it.

Perfect setup for my kids ages 7-9. Plenty of options to keep them engaged for at least 2 hours. The snack bar makes it easy to take a break and have a snack. I would definitely recommend for anyone with children ages 4-12
