We have worked with Kristie and FurBabies & Friends for over two years now and it’s hard to fully describe how valuable her services, specifically training, have been for our family. We adopted a young pup who ended up having severe anxiety and fear. At the time we found Kristie, Cloud wouldn’t go outside on his own and was absolutely terrified of everything when he was outside. We had tried group training and one on one training with another trainer and it became clear very quickly that his behaviors were abnormal and weren’t going get better without some serious expertise. Since the moment we met Kristie and started working with her one-on-one, we’ve made an amount of progress with our pup that we didn't think was possible. Cloud is more confident going outdoors, being around other dogs, and, perhaps most importantly, we have learned so much from Kristie about how to read his behaviors and respond appropriately. Kristie has an amazing gift and skill set in her ability to work with pups of all kinds, and particularly those with extra needs. She’s a fantastic trainer for pups and humans and we are so grateful for her work!

Kristie has been an incredible help in building our Golden Retriever Luna's confidence, both in group training and during private sessions. Her positive reinforcement and thoughtful approach to training has made a noticeable difference in Luna’s behavior. That has allowed her to grow more comfortable and engaged in various settings. Kristie’s expertise in working with dogs shines through, and she also tailors each session to Luna's needs, always making sure to celebrate her progress along the way. Kristie also does a fantastic job grooming Luna, leaving her looking and feeling her best. Kristi is a god send. When we first brought Jasper home, he was very fearful and out of control. After one-on-one sessions and group classes, he is like a new dog. He enjoys walks and is friendly with other dogs and humans. Kristi was very patient with him and genuinely cared about his training progress. Highly recommend.

FurBabies & Friends has been awesome to work with. The owner, Kristie, is easy to work with and communicates very well. For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!

FurBabies & Friends are incredible! We booked them to take care of Sarge (He is a Germanshepard/Husky mix who is 10.5 years old ) Our trip was 9 days long so we wanted Sarge to be home and enjoy his own space. Kristie came to our house and met our family and Sarge. She was so personable and answered all my questions. (Sarge loved her too) Kristie then put together a schedule of who would visit each day and what time. Fast forward to the dog sitters—the team was amazing! We had a group text that we communicated with each other throughout the week. Each visit included a walk, playtime, and feeding. I was also provided with daily updates….pictures, videos, and texts about how each visit went. I am so grateful for meeting Kristie and her company. I was able to truly relax and enjoy my trip because I knew Sarge was in great hands. I highly recommend FurBabies & Friends for your upcoming pet needs
