My husband and I were referred to Furniture Connection by my daughter and her boyfriend. They have purchased furniture here multiple times and have always had great experiences! Saturday my husband and I went furniture shopping. We had purchased a sectional of Amazon around a year or so ago… which was a bad idea. Lesson learned! Anyway they have a fantastic selection! We found the perfect sectional and ottoman and everything was delivered within two days! I highly, highly suggest Furniture Connection!
Can’t say enough good things about Jack or his business The Furniture Connection. I’ve bought furniture there a couple of times now. No high-pressure sales people, no gimmicks, just the hardest working guy you’ll find in the business who is always eager to please and help you anyway he can. Jack as long as you are selling furniture, you are my guy. Do yourself a favor and skip the big box stores, head directly to Furniture Connection for quality pieces at reasonable prices with a personal touch.
Normally furniture shopping and I hate a love hate relationship. While I love getting new furniture, I tend to run from sales people that follow you around the store and (most of the time) are pushy. That is absolutely not the case here. Everything about shopping for a new living room set was soo easy…almost relaxing. There are no pushy sales people here. Just Jack, the owner. He did stay within earshot, but not in a pushy way, just to make sure he was there if we had any questions. He was super knowledgeable about all of the bells and whistles on the new “high tech” couches (which are awesome, btw). He gave us a great deal, and even helped us connect the sound system in the couches after delivery. He has a great selection and is probably the only store keeping Eastgate Mall alive! If you are thinking about getting new furniture, even outdoor furniture, go see him! He has all our furniture business, without a doubt!
We have had nothing but great experiences with all 3 times we have purchased from here. Most recently we purchased a couch entirely over the phone sight unseen because of the trust we have in the quality of product, service, and price. Phone call and order was placed on Sunday, couch was delivered by Thursday. Fantastic service all around! We will return.
Highly recommended checking this place out for any of your furniture needs. We stopped in and found a sectional we loved at a very competitive price. It was delivered next day with no additional delivery fees. I was updated when the drivers were on the way so I had plenty of time to secure my pets ahead of their arrival. Thank you for the awesome service!
