I’ve visited this furniture store a couple of times now, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The selection is fantastic, offering a great variety of styles, from modern to classic, all with high-quality craftsmanship. Sam and the staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and ready to help without being pushy. I especially appreciate how they take the time to answer all of my questions. They really go the extra mile to ensure you find exactly what you’re looking for. Plus, the delivery service is efficient, and everything always arrives in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be returning for any future furniture needs!
I tried to give this place another chance after I purchased a bedroom set. First transaction seemed good. Unfortunately my second purchase was not. Sam was late on his delivery I had to leave town and I went ahead and canceled the delivery all together since it wasn’t going to work for either of us. Sam offered to have it delivered right away if someone would meet him there. If I did this he offered to take off $200 for the inconvenience. So I arranged and paid a family member to help me out. Sam did not keep up his end of the deal. He lied to me and also delivered the wrong items and had to be switched out later. I tried to give him some time to make things right, but unfortunately I’ve been scammed. Do not do business here the furniture is out dated and the quality is as one that has been on display or in a showroom. Scratches missing screws etc. Wrong items being delivered even after the switch it was just a big mess I wish I never made a purchase. Will not be doing business with them again.
I bought four Ashley bar stools from this furniture store and I am very happy with my purchase. The stools are comfortable, sturdy, and stylish. They fit perfectly in my kitchen island and match the decor of my home. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship is excellent. The stools were easy to assemble and came with clear instructions. The delivery was fast and the customer service was friendly and helpful. Great furniture options I needed to furnish a whole section of my house and found the prices and quality unmatched. Not only great selections to choose from, but inventory that was in-stock and available. Delivery schedule was punctual and sanitary.. I do seldom provide any reviews, but frankly the quality I received from their products & service (delivery & installation) was truly beyond anything that I received from anywhere else.. I was referred to them by a friend who had a similar experience. I hope they keep up the good work, as it certainly impressed me also.. Sam
