I recently moved to California from Missouri and decided to check out a local, small business prior to going direcly to Wayfair or Amazon for my home furnishing so I checked out Furniture Discounters. My fiancée and I found this perfect little European-style sectional that we ultimately ended up going with. We were assisted by Anthony who was beyond awesome! He got us our couch the very next day after we had browsed in-store one evening, and then purchased over the phone the next. Thank you so much, Anthony, for making this such an easy purchase - your professionalism, assistance, and overall positive attitude made me really feel back at home! We’ll be back for more.
Anthony wa so helpful! We were able to get a living room set and dining room set along with three bedrooms for a reasonable price. He really worked with us and also worked with us on the delivery day and time. Highly recommend! The delivery guys set everything up and hauled the boxes away. Great job! Thank you!
I was first discouraged by the negative reviews for this place but my experience with Furniture Discounters was very positive. My partner and I went to many chain furniture stores (Ashley, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, IKEA, and World Market), before Furniture Discounters. We found quality and design in the same place at this store. Anthony was great! He gave us all the information we needed and the space to decide without any pressure. He was very responsive and helpful during the time we were waiting for our new furniture. The furniture was delivered on time and the crew were wonderful! I love the smell of our leather couch and the chairs are soft and comfortable. The quality of craftsmanship is up to my standards. I even checked the couch and it’s made with real wood, not particle board, as promised. I cannot speak to the longevity of the product yet but hoping they last a lifetime. I highly recommend this place and if you need anything, you can trust that Anthony will provide you with great service.
Great selection of high quality furniture. Surprised to discover quality and these prices. From sofa's to beds, to dining room table and more they have a huge selection ready to go and they can custom make and order anything you like. Definitely recommend visiting here when you're out looking for quality furniture at reasonable prices.
Fantastic experience here!! Anthony is such a gem, and he provided excellent customer service both times my partner and I visited. Anthony is super nice, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We came in one weekend after an already exhausting search for a new couch and dining table. Anthony greeted us, let us look around for a bit, and then once he saw we had a few choices in mind, came around to answer all of our questions and also educate us on the different fabric types, quality of furniture, etc. He was very professional, but also so friendly and welcoming. We ended up leaving, going to about 5 additional furniture stores, only to come back the following day to close the deal on a couch and dining table that we really loved. Delivery and set-up were free, and our final price for the dining table and couch was absolutely unmatchable anywhere else. It's been 4 days since we've had our furniture, and we are beyond happy. Thank you so much, Anthony!! We will definitely be back for more furniture soon, and we will recommend this place to our friends!
