Furniture Land Ohio on Morse Rd was the 5th furniture store I visited earlier this year searching for my ideal sofa. I purchased a great sofa (special order) March 31 and it arrived in April. I wanted to wait to write my review because any sofa will look nice when it arrives, but will it still be great after 8 months? My sofa is still great! It still has firm well well-shaped cushions, supports me well, and the fabric has not faded. Two times I have spilled a cup of tea on it and a towel absorbed the liquid with no stain remaining. The fabric color "denim" is a neutral blue that easily blends with my other furniture. It is a long sofa where I look forward to stretching out to read, watch TV or take a nap. I challenged friends and family members to guess what I paid for my great sofa, and everyone has guessed double what I actually paid. It is rare to make a purchase and quality and price exceeds your expectations. My sales person was Assad.
Horrible store!! They ripped me off. No return no refund!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! Their furnitures don’t have quality and don’t last at all. They break fast!! Worst furniture store. I would NOT Recommend. Ohh and they beg you to write a good review so they can give you a discount. It’s a scam.
Excellent experience with Furnitureland. Their professionalism and customer service were outstanding. We had an issue with the size of a sofa that didn’t fit our living room, and they allowed us to exchange it for a smaller one that fits perfectly. Truly appreciated their willingness to help. Highly recommended!

This is my second time purchasing furniture. I ABSOLUTELY love this place. My experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. Sami, The Sales Representative, was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and worked with me to accommodate my budget. The delivery team was spectacular! The consistent communication and follow-up was impeccable! Last but not least, the quality of my Ashley bedroom set is A++ at a fraction of the cost of other major retailers. You have to check them out!
