I had 2 captain's chairs from my dining room set with broken arms that needed repairing. I had difficulty getting other companies to call me back or to confirm a schedule for pick up. Furniture Remedy was quick to respond, and adhered to their schedule for repair. Their prices were reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs furniture repair.
Had 4 vintage leather kitchen chairs repaired. And they are flawless now. Thank you so much to the kind people at Furniture Remedy.
Bob has excellent customer service; initially he didn’t give me any guarantee other than if he experienced any difficulties in my repair he would let me know. To my satisfaction, Bob was able to repair my chair & took the time to converse with me.
Very disappointing experience. Called to get my furniture repaired from pet damage. Asked to see if the could fill the padding that was damaged and stitch the fabric to make it appear decent. I asked before the repairman came if there was any fabric or materials, I needed to provide and was told no. The repairman place absolutely no padding place, only stitched the fabric, making it look uneven and didn’t fix the fabric on my recliner, where the padding was falling down. Later on they called me several times to do the repair for a second time but I have a big issue with companies that don’t do their job right the first time and did not want to take time off from work again for a subpar repair. Still ended up paying over $100 for this botched service because they “needed to pay their employee” versus them, taking responsibility and covering the cost. Will not be hiring them again. Pictures added showing the “repair”. Did not even cut the thread appropriately to make it look even. Zero star rating if available. This is what they are calling an acceptable repair. P.S. you spelled my name wrong in your reply. It is very obvious from the pictures below that a “meeting of the minds” would have not changed a thing. Are you saying that you are not professional enough to know that this is not good work and you need your client to give guidance on a proper repair job? Highly disappointing.
I brought them a 150 year old rocking chair that needed re-gluing. When I got it back it was solid as a rock and no one can tell it was worked on. I think my Great Grandmother is very happy! It still creaks a little but when you are 150 years old that happens! Thank you so much!
