Craig was responsive throughout the process, and we were amazed with the thorough job he did on reupholstering our 20-year-old dining room chairs. They’re like new now. He also perfectly matched the old finish on our dining room table, sanding, refinishing and restoring it. We were anxious about doing all this work just before hosting Thanksgiving at our house, and Craig really came through for us. Our ragged dining room set looks like new again. Thank you, Craig!

My table was damaged during a move. The moving company contracted with Furniture Repair Services to rebuild the legs and stain them a matching shade. Instead, this "furniture repair" company applied some wood glue and spray paint to the legs of the table and sent it back. He has refused to correct the repair job and has ruined a $5,000 table. Further, he refused to send progress pictures, likely because he knew he was doing an improper repair job. Go elsewhere for your furnitrue repair needs.

I have a club chair that is more than 60 years old, and the springs had given out, and there was no longer ay support. Craig gave me what I felt was a fair price to repair the seat springs and refurbish the seat core. I felt that it was a fair price because a NEW leather club chair would cost around $2,000.00, and we have gotten more than two decades out of the chair, and look forward to get another two decades. I left the chair last week and it was ready on Monday, cannot ask for more than that; I expected it would be more time.

Very accommodating with my busy schedule, tech called in advance to arrival, very nice gentlemen, very prepared picked up my sectional for recover, Brought back sooner than I though, and looks perfect. Very please with the work.

Tech was very Courteous, clean and did a phenomenal job on my dining table stripping and refinished it, looks like new, not one single mark on it. Office was very accommodating, quick service very please with their services.
