Went and checked out a couch yesterday and Kevin was very helpful in showing me inventory. Went back today and was in and out with a couch purchased within 20 minutes. Good prices and great service. Highly recommend.

We are moving from out of state and they took care of us! Jon Bartkowiak helped us find everything we needed and told us about all the deals going on. Diego Corrales helped us find the right mattresses for everything. Then they allowed us to order (getting the sale price) and agreed to hold it for 3 weeks until our house was finished. Great customer service, excellent people and wonderful furniture. Highly recommend. We are customers for life.
We were fortunate to have the store manager, Kevin, assists us with our purchase. We ordered a chair that was not in the showroom. Kevin explained that we would not have a restocking fee if it fid not meet our expectations once it was delivered to their store. This was extremely favorable; we visited a different store in town which has a 30% restocking fee. Kevin estimated a 2 to 3 week delivery. We were pleasantly impressed that delivery was 11 days from our order date. The chair is of great quality and we ultimately bought four. The sales team greeted us and was very pleasant every time we walked into the store. We’ll buy from FR again. Thanks Kevin!
