We stopped in at furniture row looking for a recliner, and as luck would have it, a buy one and get the second price 1/2 off was underway. We found two very comfortable recliners but needed to measure their location to ensure they would fit. When emailing the store manager we learned the sale may have expired but learned we still qualified so we ordered them over the phone. Given the poor weather and the fact we were at a basketball game the manager also sent us a secure link for a safe payment and he also helped set up delivery and protecting the furniture long term with approved cleaning methods and a guarantee. My grandson also was seen living his best life on one of the couches. He even asked if we buy this couch would they throw the Wooly Mammoth blanket in for me? Nice job Furniture Row you can tell this wasn’t their first sale.
Furniture Row has a unique collection of furniture pieces, different from the other stores, with very competitive pricing. Our salesperson, Mark H., was knowledgeable, low pressure, and was prepared with all stock numbers when we returned to the store after measuring our room at home to ensure everything would fit. This is the second time we’ve purchased furniture from Furniture Row in the past 7 months. We will continue to come back!!
My experience at Furniture Row was great. Sales representative Tim is knowledgeable and easy to work with! He helped me find the right sectional for the limited space I was working with. 10/10 recommend Furniture Row to everyone. You will not be disappointed!
I made a review earlier today about my wonderful experience and I left off something very important! I want to give credit to whom credit is due. My initial Sales Consultant, Morgan Gill was awesome! She was very informative, inviting and patient with my husband and I in finding what we were looking for, even though we were there near the closing time. A couple of times I had to call back to get additional information and I received the same kind service. Thank you Morgan.
This time around with furniture row wasn’t at its best. I set up a time to come pick up furniture. They told me to call an hour before to give them time to get the stuff ready to be picked up. When my son got there to pick it up nothing was ready and they said there was no back room staff to help load it. Someone from the front ended up helping him load. I get the boxes home and one of the nightstands purchased was damaged and had a noticeable defect that you can see in provided pictures. I added a star because a few days later they gave me $100.00 off for the damaged nightstand and apologized for the pick up debacle.
