Lili was our sales agent. She was very accommodating and took her time with us. She explained the buying process and credit application was fast, smooth, and we left very satisfied. Products are of good quality and very modern as well as affordable prices. Will definitely recommend FW as well as Lili. Ask for her and she will assist you. I am very happy and satisfied!
Adam was my representative, he listened too my concerns, and guaranteed their satisfaction. I enjoyed working with Adam, as he was patient, courteous, understanding. I didn't feel at all rushed, or that Adam was another all about the MONEY Sales Person.🤗😁
It’s not worth it. The vanity is beautiful but the delivery service is horrible. Prices are ok. They took a total of three days to install this vanity. The first, the mirror had an issue and did not work. They came back a second time and chipped one of the counters. The third time they came to my house SO LATE. Who does delivery service at 11pm? On top of that, the mirror is scratched from the inside but I didn’t not want them to come to my house a fourth time. Not to mention how unprofessional they are, they put stuff on my bed and left it with dirt and styrofoam everywhere. And they did it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They came in. I asked for a refund and they said something about 30% only. After so many tries of getting this installed, it should be embarrassing to tell a customer that only 30% will be refunded while it was the company’s fault for having bad delivery service and faulty furniture. They gave me a lamp to better the situation. Was it worth it? NO. Spending $1200 on a vanity CASH for this service is not worth it. I also got a dresser from them and there was no issue with that other than the big mess they made in the room.
