Jan/Feb2025. I had an excellent experience with Furniture Furbie. They were very helpful, supportive and professional. Their craftsmanship was excellent repairing an over 100 yr old chair. Furniture Furbie recovered the cushions on our outdoor cane chairs. They were very helpful helping me to choose patterns and colours. They completed the work in the timeframe they originally advised and it has transformed the outdoor setting. I have no hesitation recommending Furniture Furbie and will use them again for other furniture projects I have in mind.
It is a long time since I came across such excellent customer service. A family-owned and operated business in Artarmon, FurnitureFurbie ticked all the boxes for me – timely and helpful communications; flexibility (e.g. when I had to cancel an appointment due to ill heath I was told, “Don’t worry, your health is more important than your upholstery”); preparedness (based on the photos of the dining chairs and outdoor chair I needed reupholstered and my colour preferences, fabrics and swatches were laid out ready at the Show Room); on-time and efficient delivery; a beautiful job; and an excellent price.
