Such a great experience from start to finish! The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly, and work fast without ever feeling rushed. I got the Fuzz Brow Fix and the results were chef’s kiss—clean, polished, and exactly what I wanted. My brows have never looked better. Highly recommend if you want expert service and amazing results!
I’ve had many brow laminations before, and this was by far the worst experience ever! Zero professionalism. She didn’t even take a second to look at the shape of my face or consider what would suit me. She applied the product so many times that it started hurting way more than usual. No shaping, no cleaning—nothing. She immediately sat me down and started applying the product, and within 15 minutes she was done. Absolutely disappointing. Update : My eyebrows started peeling, and so red! its only getting worse
I highly recommend Fuzz Wax Griffintown. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Sébastien is an absolute sweetheart—always attentive, patient, and caring. As for Belle, it’s truly a pleasure to have my waxing sessions with her. She is patient, kind, and incredibly friendly, and she instantly makes you feel comfortable. She reassures you, offers excellent advice, and genuinely takes the time to listen. Her work is fast, precise, and professional—you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. Thank you to the whole team for making this such an enjoyable experience… even if we’re still talking about waxing! 😄
Just went here for the first time and I was so happy with my experience! My appointment was with Belle and she was incredible. She’s super knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I had. The front desk team/management was also great! Will definitely be back:)
Belle is amazing. Very professional, calm, cool and kind. It was my first wax so I was very nervous, she made feel at ease and was so quick. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.10/10 recommend.
