I was looking to have a signet ring engraved and was recommended this family ran Jewellers by a friend. I visited there store one afternoon and was greeted with a welcoming smile and a firm handshake! Straight away I felt comfortable and appreciated. I asked if they could help me to have my signet ring engraved and they were more than happy to help. I'm not the easiest of customers to deal with as I wanted something different and quite specific but all through our talks of design they really listened and made me feel they could give me what I wanted. We agreed on a price and a time frame for the work and they kept me informed from start to finish. I was incredibly happy with the finished product, not just the look but the quality of the engraving was second to none and to know it was done by hand made it feel extra special. I was not spending thousands of pounds on Diamonds or gold but I was made made to feel heard and valued as a customer. I will be visiting this store again. Thank you G&A Jewellery Aaron Fallone
Absolutely loved our experience here! Wedding band shopping became stressful fast, but as soon as we came here all of our worries went out the window. We were so well taken care of, and were able to design custom wedding bands completely to our liking and within budget. Murat is extremely knowledgeable and was so kind, caring and accommodating the whole time. We cannot wait to see our bands when they’re done! If you need any sort of jewelry at all, do not look any further and buy from them!
I visited G&A Jewellery at St Ann’s Arcade to choose an engagement and wedding ring set for my beautiful fiancé, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel special for both of us. Brother Murand ( the designer himself) and his colleagues explained everything in great detail, guiding me through each option with care and honesty. The craftsmanship is excellent real natural diamonds set in pure gold with a perfect fit. I’m extremely happy with the service and quality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for timeless, elegant pieces and a genuinely satisfying shopping experience.
Incredible team and fantastic service. I was invited in for a consultation for a salt & pepper diamond engagement ring very shortly after sending my enquiry and was treated incredibly well, guiding me through the details, sourcing the diamonds, and ensuring everything was as I had in mind. It didn't take long for the ring to be completed and was better than I imagined. When the time came it was a big yes and she loves it. I couldn't recommend them enough!
I had such a lovely experience with Gokhan and the team at G&A Jewellers.
