Really enjoyed the sushi — fresh and delicious. The ramen was okay, but nothing memorable. Would come back mainly for the sushi.

The food is excellent, but what’s going on with servers? They dropped the dishes and sake carelessly and hurried away. Who does this hurt? They can’t possibly be expecting tips while serving like this, can they? If you want to order anything else, you have to deliberately stare at them for a while. I’m a server too, so it made me realize I should never do that, I’ve never done this before, but it made me realize even more that I should never do it. Judging by the reviews, it looks like today wasn’t a one off. I felt upset, but as a fellow server, I left a tip. I hope they improve. I want them to realize that, in providing service, even small things can make a big difference.

I was really disappointed with the food. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen and tempura, but there was kimchi in the ramen. I even asked the server, “Is that kimchi in my spicy tonkotsu ramen?” and they confirmed it was. The kimchi wasn’t fresh and tasted unpleasant, and the soup base was overly salty. The tempura was just average. Overall, it definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid.

I love everything about this place. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Perfect for a date night. I had the Spicy Chicken Karrage Ramen and it was so good. I also got the tuna bao on the side and it was the perfect compliment to the ramen. I will be back for sure!

Come here occasionally for some ramen, they’re on the more expensive side for Japanese food. I previously tried their tonkotsu ramen which was pretty solid. I opted for the tantan ramen this time and was quite disappointed with it. First of all, there was not much flavour except for being super salty. The meat on top is one giant slab that is hard to chew on the inside yet it’s soggy on the outside, a very odd combination of textures. The meat felt very tough and I had 2 bites and put it aside and didn’t bother to finish it. Their bento box is quite good with the variety they give and you get a bit of everything. The tempura was really good! Crispy exterior and fresh interior. Can’t really mess up tempura. For their reputation and price point, I would’ve liked all their ramens to be 10/10 but that wasn’t the case. Service and environment is great but probably won’t come back often unless I crave the tonkotsu ramen specifically.
