This isn't the first time I visited Galpao Gaucho for lunch. The staff were quicker than expected to help me and my dad out with drinks and appetizers (bread.) There was so much meat, even a food bar yet so delicious. Only though the staff came every 2 minutes to give us food, it was amazing and for the second time I've never experienced such quick service. I'd only regard our waitress being barely seen to check up on us. Long story short, this might be one of the best Brazil steakhouses in San Diego and yet I highly recommend this.
Peak service and fine dining experience. All the staff were so attentive to my gf and I's lunch date here. I felt like a priority and that's saying something since they were juggling other customers. The staff made excellent recommendations on the fly like their Brazilian soda Gurana Antartica. It was a great way to explore dining somewhere new with a new experience. When my gf and I thought we were finished eating and we saw an amazing steak on the floor, the staff got us extra plates just for us to try. my gf also asked for a Midori Sour and they delivered and the bartender delivered quickly the moment he heard it a good 4 feet away at the bar without missing a beat. We loved it here. 5 stars across the board.
Food was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. They often offer the good cuts of meat and take requests. Highly recommend ending with the honey cheese and/or the honey glazed pineapple. The salad bar is clean, we'll organized, and fully stocked. Lots of choices and none of them are bad. I will be coming back.
Thanks to Amex for the opportunity to visit this Brazilian steakhouse. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat selection of 18 different types of grilled meats, such as grilled shrimp, lamb, pork, bacon-wrapped chicken, 24K gold steak, filet mignon, and more. There’s also a buffet station with various salads, cheeses, and other sides. The meal was so satisfying! The restaurant is located near Seaport Village, making it perfect for a stroll after eating. Plus, the restaurant covers 75% of the parking fee.
Definitely a must try in San Diego if you’re looking to try a variety of different meats! I was surprised to see they had grilled salmon and grilled shrimp as well to try in their 18 selections from the grill. They also had bacon wrap chicken. They also have lamb and pork. My favorite was the 24K Gold steak, The bacon wrapped filet mignon and the grilled shrimp! The salad bar was fresh everything was stocked up! A variety of cheeses, salads and other sides! The shrimp from the salad bar is a must try! The chicken salad was good too. Definitely coming back! Don’t forget to try the 24K gold steak! Service was top notch very attentive and great customer service!
