I called for an after hours repair for a cable that had to be rewound I was told over the phone I would be charged 95$ for an after hours fee They rewound the cable. It was about 25 minutes of labor No parts needed I was charged 795$ and told that the after hours fee was 595$
They’re honestly really strange. We had them come fix our garage door about a month ago — the total cost was $195, and we already paid them $200 Then last night a woman suddenly called us, acting very aggressive, claiming that we never paid anything. It’s honestly ridiculous “I think you should ask your employee whether they pocketed that payment.
We used their garage repair service twice recently, and both times we were super satisfied. They were quick, efficient, and really knew what they were doing. The second time was kind of an emergency, and they managed to fit us in the same day and fix it right away. Really appreciate their great service. Highly recommend!
The job is good but the charges is not reasonable. When I called for the service they said $95 for consultant and plus labor and parts. Its not my first time of fixing, the market price is around $500, but they charged me $695 only for the slingshot and matal plat on the side🙄🙄 Money eater no more return.
Garage Masters are lifesavers. We have an old model garage door opener system and they came out within a couple of hours of my call. Ron was friendly, really knowledgeable, and fast. He had the parts he needed on his truck from the photos I sent. I can’t recommend them enough.
