We’ve just visited Gaucho Manchester, and honestly, it was an outstanding experience. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, everything ran smoothly and on time. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Our food arrived perfectly timed, and the quality of the starters and mains was far better than we expected. The desserts seem likely to be pre-prepared, but to be fair, this really didn’t matter — the overall food quality and service easily made up for it. What impressed us the most was the teamwork. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and fully engaged. Even in a very busy environment, they still found the time to check in with us and make sure everything was right. A special thank you to Fletcher, who looked after us clearly passionate about his job and excellent at what he does. Also, Hanna, who I believe is the manager, deserves real credit. The restaurant is incredibly well organised, from the kitchen to the floor, and it truly shows. We travelled all the way from Harrogate, and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you to the entire team a great example of how a restaurant should be run. We’ll definitely be back
Brilliant all round, Food was perfect, the best Steak you will ever experience and ive ate in many places around the city centre as well as high end Steak houses in America as well as Dubai. The Steak almost melted in your mouth it was that nice and succulent, there's also a wide variety of sides to add to it as well. Staff are friendly and also happy to help you choose the right Steak for you or can also recommend. Brilliant atmosphere and will be visiting again and also very reasonably priced.
A great restaurant offering wonderful service , fantastically delicious food and an excellent range of menu choices. I really enjoy my visit , and felt as a group we were well treated .The only thing I didn’t like was an added cost for water. We had water poured for our table of 6 without asking it we wanted any and this was topped up once. When the bill came we were charged for 4 bottles of expensive premium water, which on a £850 bill felt naughty . Aside from that, the remaining experience was positive and we will return
I visited Gaucho tonight for my birthday, wearing my red dress, and honestly the whole place matched the vibe – classy, warm and absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, the service was perfect. We were looked after by Andrea, who was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had. So friendly, attentive and made me feel so special on my birthday. I ordered the steak and it was unreal – cooked perfectly, so tender and full of flavour. My partner got the burger and loved every single bite. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. To top it all off, they surprised me with a free dessert for my birthday which was such a sweet touch and made the night even more special. The atmosphere, the service, the food… everything was 10/10. If you’re thinking about going to Gaucho, do it. I’ll definitely be returning!
What a great place to come for a nice steak meal. Lovely venue with some very nice decor. The staff were all nice and service was great too. Both had starters as well as the biggest ribeye on the menu. Starters very nice and steak was brilliant. Cooked just a tad more than id asked for which was surprising but all still good. Quite a pricy place compared to others ive been to in the area but think this is still worth it because the quality is better.
