I came in today to inquiry regarding the glitching with my laptop and Mr. Joe Terrell & Mr. Jacob Zamora provided exceptional service and alternative options! The service was quick and provided information on how to fix my issue!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I looked online for a place that can fix my cracked TV screen and they were the first to pop up on Google. I called and they stated that they do NOT fix tv screens. It must be an internal issue. But it states online they they are a tv/computer repair service. I informed them that they need to correct the online info so others don't waste their time. Frigging frustrating. My tv is 55 inches and very heavy for me. Glad I called.

Terrible service, when I gave them my computer I had told them the parts I had replaced, all the work that had been done on it and pointed to the problem. They then proceeded to ignore all of my input entirely and took DAYS to confirm with me the problem I had already told them about. Then when I finally got my computer back they had updated all my software and when I say "update" I mean NONE of my apps worked as they did before or just wouldn't open at all, I had to factory reset my PC just to fix whatever they did to it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE! Either learn on your own how to fix your PC or device through YouTube or go ANYWHERE ELSE

Last place I’d go for any help as you can do everything they do with a quick google search or simple self diagnosis of your computer (if your semi familiar with components) not worth your time. I don’t think it’s the employees fault it’s just the way they advertise their service. More of a company to help older people figure out their new remote than helping someone their age diagnose and issue with a computer or phone.

Hola, solo quería comentar el gran trabajo que hizo el equipo de Muldoon, Geek Squad en Anchorage, Alaska. Recientemente tuve que restablecer de fábrica mi computadora. Después de discutir las opciones, se decidió que esa era la mejor opción. Fui tratado de manera muy profesional, pero sentí que se me dio un nivel de atención personal. Aunque pueden haber participado otras personas, Evan, Shawn, Brandon y Harley realizaron su trabajo con ese mismo nivel de profesionalismo y atención personal hacia mí y mi situación. Mi agradecimiento y mi reconocimiento por un trabajo bien hecho, realizado de manera oportuna.
