Scheduled appointment ahead of time and arrived early but the rep did not honor the appointment. She said she was leaving and would not even let us drop the item off. Will not do business with them again.

Day 1: drop off for a simple os repair/reinstall on a cheap laptop and was told technician was off that day so it would be about a week which I thought was ridiculous but ok. Day 3 I get an email saying my computer was ready for pickup and I needed to make an appointment to do so which I also thought was ridiculous but ok. My wife and I show up late that evening to pick it up and the tech says the battery died and they weren't able to preform work without the charger which I could of brought with me had i gotten a heads up. Then the employee told us we needed to make another appointment to drop the charger off the next day. At this point im pretty fed up but I want my computer fixed so my wife brings it up the next morning. 2 more days go buy and then all of a sudden I get a refund of my money followed buy a phone call from your employee telling me the work order was closed due to the charger issue and that I needed to come back up for a record 4th visit to pay for the service again before they could start work again. Needless to say I picked up my computer and have taken my business elsewhere.

To be honest, i don't know where to start. Customer service was all over the place; both good and bad. Service was a 2/5 though. Also, please stop up selling me to the point I never want to return. You clearly made it so obvious that you weren't even trying to help me at one point. I actually lost money coming to yal, and left with a used hard drive I bought from Amazon that started off new after stating you could fulfill my request. Then when I asked you to please wipe the hard drive so I could send it back to Amazon, you wanted to charge me again..... Like come on. You didn't clone, or even transfer the data properly. Why would I want to send a hard drive back to Amazon used with my personal information on it. Now, either I or Amazon has to wipe that hard drive. That new drive cost me 115$, not including the drive up there twice, because all your calls are rerouted to bestbuy.com along with being given the wrong price by Bestbuy.com.

I Went To this Place not knowing what I was getting myself into! I needed service and I needed it fast! These folk was professional and kept me updated about the services requested! I knew I was in the best hands! Top of Tier service because they offer walk-In service unlike their competitors! I have had my laptop back for a week now and I am very satisfied with their work and time frame….Thank You so much Geek Squad 🤓

I had my mother bring my computer here to get it repaired, it needed a hard drive. It's a 30in. touch smart, so it has weight on it. She can't lift it so I placed it in her car. She had someone at the store get it out of the car when she arrived. They also put it back in the car upon picking the computer up. When I get home from work she says the computer is back and I go to get it out of her trunk. As soon as I see my computer I notice the DAMAGE!!! I asked her about it and she said she saw it, too and was gonna ask me about it. My computer has a built-in stand and it pulls out on the back. It is broken!! Called these guys to tell them the problem, they gave me a claim number and the run around for two weeks! We talked to several different managers several different times about the problem and it seemed no one wanted to take responsibility for what they'd done. I finally had my mom go there to show them the damage and they pretty much disregarded and dismissed her and told her to take it up with corporate!! Well, that is exactly what I will do!! And will let them know how professional their professionals are...😡
