I was calling in for an appointment...and someone was canceling their slot for TODAY!!! Woo Hoo....what a gift. And then it just got better& better...Wesley arrived ontime (after calling to let me know he was on his way...great communication). I start spewing all the things I encountered as I was trying to figure out what the heck happened overnight. Wesley, very patiently addressed everthing one by one...he started looking through the settings and within 90 minutes, he had not only fixed the MAJOR issue, he tweaked a few bothersome quirks I did not want to put up with anymore. It was a storage & drive thing (at least I did not push a wrong button). A very succesful visit. I had purchased my computer a year-ish ago & Geek 2 You has been my go-to since then....reliable, knowledgeable with great people...so thanks very much Wesley!!!
We recently purchased a new computer printer. After spending a frustrating hour trying to get it to work by following their "simple" instruction pamphlet, I gave up and called our favorite computer repair service, Geeks 2 You. They quickly set up a next day service call. Gianni, a very personable and professional young man showed up right on time the next day. He quickly familiarized himself with the equipment and had our computer and printer talking to each other in no time. He even analyzed and repaired a couple of issues that had been causing the computer to run slower, while he was here. All in all, we were very pleased with our service call and would highly recommend Geeks 2 You for all your computer repair needs.
Daron came on time. We have a problem with our new cable/wifi service, so the printer doesn't speak to the devices in the house. He did deep troubleshooting and worked until resolved. Thank goodness for help when the problem was beyond us. Geeks 2 U was recommended by a neighbor who loves what they have done, and so do we.
Wesley came out to service assorted issues on various products. He was professional, insightful, very informative and made us very happy with the results. And Provided a seven day warranty I would highly suggest anybody that has any computer needs contact geeks 2you. Thank you, Wesley.
