Good people who are technically qualified to set your computer free.

took 3 days and $270 to fix my hp omen that was crashing/blue screening. they don't resort to hardware upgrades as quickly as best buy would, from my experience.

I needed a replacement cable for my Mac Pro graphics card. Tried to call and ask if they carried it, but the woman on the phone couldn't be bothered to check, and told me to bring the cable in. I went all the way down to the shop for the owner to take one look at the cable and tell me that it was "proprietary," and that they didn't carry it. Complete waste of time.

I really wanted to support a local business… but I essentially paid $90 to get yelled at. I have a MacBook, my screen got water damage. It turns out my computer receiver was not working, which would necessitate getting a new motherboard (worth the price of the computer in total plus I need a computer for work). This was helpful information but….. he took apart my computer at home (not at the store). The next day when I returned, I was shocked to find the computer in two literal pieces. When I asked him to please put it back together at which point he informed me he left parts of my computer at his home and began raising his voice at me. It felt pretty unprofessional— I hope that was just my experience but, again, I essentially paid $90 to get yelled at.
