My mother left a stunning Baume & Mercier watch, the quartz movement failed years ago. Henry successfully replaced the movement. Henry and his partner are wonderful.
I have nothing but the best things to say about Geneva Watch Repair. They are very professional, very comfortable and they do good work. They gave me an estimate that was almost exactly what I was expecting and the final bill matched the estimate. It only took a couple of days and they gave me an espresso when I came to pick the watch up. What more could you ask for? I will be back.
I found the Geneva Watch repair office and was charged $25 for my watch battery replacement. Took about 15 min. Friendly service. Easy peasy! AND, this was right after a different business in the same building told me they needed 24 hours and wanted $65 for the same work. Glad I decided to shop around.
Jack and his watch maker are legends! Got quoted 85 to replace a battery in a small pocket watch and Jack did it while I waited for $25! What service!
Service is fast! I need to replace the battery of my Olivia Burton watch and the fee was really affordable. You can literally go in and go out within 5 minutes, and the owner is really polite and nice. Highly recommend. Ps. Love the pocket watches in the shop.
