Kids had a great time! But as a parent I can't help but be grossed out. The bathroom is in terrible shape, half the nets have holes in them, missing paint, and there's a heavy layer of dust all over the place
The worse customer service. Booked a party with a specific room months before the party only to be told that room was not available 2 days before the party. They put us in the smallest hottest room. The workers were not helpful, came up to bring the smallest pizza I’ve ever seen.The fun police and her whistle were out in full force. the manager was rude and dismissive. Go to sky zone and give them your business. Will NEVER book a party with them!
The cashier was very nice but I had to use a credit card which costs the business an extra percentage instead of paying cash (exact change) because your business doesn’t take pennies!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! There is NOT a penny shortage!! Bad business decision. You paid more by making me use a card. It cannot possibly be legal to force me to pay more for services just because I’m paying cash!
After getting rained out at the pumpkin patch, we were able to plan a last minute trip to Get Air for my classroom. The staff were attentive and incredibly supportive during our time there. Everyone had fun and loved the pizza and ice cream! We will definitely be planning another class trip back to Get Air!
This place is so much fun for kids to play at, but the workers here are terrible, and super unfriendly. My kids got on and downy and she 8 so she didn’t want to jump off. So Mr. Fun police told her get off. And when there was nobody there, my kids were flipping and they told them to stop. There aren’t any rules they were breaking. And then my kid told me in the car when they were walking to the bathroom the lady at the front told them they had to sign in first. Fun place, horrible workers never going again!
