Was disappointed in the staff while I was attending a birthday party. The “host” Catalina, was not attentive to the party. Only came in twice in a 3 hr period. More napkins, plates etc were needed. She was nowhere to be found. A guest had to go to the front & ask. ALSO all of the balls were removed from the dodgeball area at 7pm to “clean and close up that area.” Get Air as a whole does not close until 8 PM! I asked Catalina to put the balls back out @ 7:15 & she said she would but never did. So disappointed. I wanted to have my son’s birthday party here. But that won’t be happening I’ll go across the river.
Yesterday we came in and enjoyed a day of jumping.We had the pleasure of meeting DJ who was incredibly attentive and so kind and I hope you guys treat him so well that he stays there for a long time. Last time we were there.We had the pleasure of meeting another employee whose name started with an L.I feel so bad.I can't remember her name, but she was wonderful too.Just the best staff here and a great place for kids. My only complaint is to ask for more comfortable seating for the parents.Because even with the padding my behind still hurts today lol.
So much fun for my 3year olds birthday. Worth the cost totally! And Kevin our host was fabulous.
Super fun jump park, especially loved the toddler only jump time before noon for our little boys birthday. Attendant was very professional and kind giving us a great discount to jump, and even gave us a couple snacks at no cost because the machine was broken! Would highly recommend this jump place. Very safe and clean. Fun for the whole family.
My son and I have been here many times, and always have a blast. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because there are definitely some sanitary concerns. You can tell the foam blocks have never been cleaned (they stink) and I swear my kid catches a cold every time we visit lol. The guy working up front is super chill & kind, he tends to let us jump a bit longer than the time we paid for! The obstacle course area and the swing are my sons favorite, it’s a great place for kids to be wild
