The room itself was great, and my group had a lot of fun working together on the Y2K room. Kat was amazing and very welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by another employee named Crawford. He was rude, arrogant, and left a bad impression on all eight members of our group. He was the only staff interaction that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience, and his attitude felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

Went with a group of 5, and gave Room 13 a try. It was a fun challenge and rewarding, even though we didn’t finish the puzzle. Dane and the other staff were very helpful and accommodating for our group. Would highly recommend for a great indoor activity.

We had so much fun, we were doing great and could have made it out on time on our own.. but they forgot to reset the lock on the final drawer, so when we made it to the final area, we found the lock that SOULD have been locked- open with the code put in already.. we found the final thing and it ruined our experience because we didn't get to figure it out ourselves. We had about 20 mins left. & 4 drawers to unlock it looked so fun.. the employee apologized & claimed the lock must have malfunctioned, which just isn't the case considering the code was still set-they just forgot to reset it. I completely understand human error, we all make mistakes. But it is best to correct them when we do. Their oversight/carelessness caused us to be unable to complete it as we should have been able to. The employees solution? A 10% discount on our NEXT visit.. unlikely to visit this one again due to our experience & their "solution" being, "come give us more money before we make this right- who knows if we will ensure your visit is as it should be" This was our first date in 2 years, so it was a pretty special treat for us to get out without the kiddos. 🙃 previous experience at a different escape room YEARS ago, was much better 😞

I've done two of their rooms within the last few weeks and both did not have air conditioning, while the main areas of the building do. You're in this room for an hour with a bunch of people, so it gets pretty warm in there. I understand getting a business that still needs to make money, but crazy that they let people do these with only a box fan, if you're lucky. Only one of the two rooms I did had a fan. The other had nothing. Three stars for that, because 50% of their rooms didn't have adequate air. The puzzles and themes are creative tho.

We were in town for a family reunion and gathered a group of 8 of us for the escape rooms. The rooms were well designed and built. All of the puzzles made sense and overall we had a great time. Due to the size of our group, there was a lot of time spent with some people not having much to do. The GMs were great and we were treated very well. The only downside was that the AC did not work in either room we did ( Room 13 and The Gambler). Considering it is August in Omaha it was nearly unbearable.
